Creating Location Redirect Links
What is geotargeting?
Geotargeting is the process of showing users different content based on their country.
Geotargeting works looking up the public IP address of the user in a database of internet service providers.
How to Redirect Users based on Country
Location redirect links allow you to redirect visitors by country.
Click Create New Link from the menu.
Give the link a nickname.
In the Destination field, enter your fallback URL. This is where all traffic will go that doesn’t meet a certain country target.
Under Targeting, click Country.
For each country you want to target, enter in a specific destination URL.
When you’re done, click Save Link.
You’ll be presented with the link summary page, which will include a breakdown of the link’s behaviour in differing regions.

Do users know they’ve been redirected based on their country?
Users will not know they’ve been redirected based on their country - the process is instantaneous & invisible.
How do you know which country a user is in?
Country redirection is dependent on IP address geolocation.
